Compassionate Outreach

» Patanjali has undertaken a significant initiative to support children who were orphaned and left helpless by the natural calamity in Uttarakhand. At the Ashram for Orphans in Narayankoti, near Guptkashi, the Trust has rented a hotel to provide shelter for these children. Currently, 101 orphans are receiving free education at Dr. Jacques Vigne National School, along with vocational training in medicinal herbs, carpentry, and other traditional crafts. In addition to their education and training, the children are provided with complete lodging and boarding.

» In a bid to tackle the urgent nutritional needs of the underserved, Patanjali has erected a two-story Langar hall named Sant Ravidas Langar, covering an area of 23,600 sq. ft. This Langar, situated adjacent to Patanjali Yogpeeth-II near the Maharishi Valmiki Dharamshala, pays homage to the revered saint Ravidas. It provides free daily meals to approximately 5,000 individuals, ensuring that those in need have access to healthy meals throughout the day.
